About Alda Culpepper

I have been raised around Real Estate all my life. My dad was a prominent Builder & Developer in this area for over 50 years; my husband for 25 years. As a result, I have long term relationships with other Builders, Appraisers,Lenders and other Realtors.I have been licensed as a Realtor since1974.

 

I offer the resources of integrity, discipline, honesty, candor and knowledge of the markets in Columbus and Phenix City and surrounding areas.I believe communication with my clients is of utmost importance whether by e-mail, text, phone, mail or in person. I believe in being knowledgeable of cutting edge technology and marketing.I am a relationship person. Getting to know my clients personally, working through each challenge, dream, and desire brings great joy to me. I treat my clients like family, incorporating them into community activities, churches, and any other interest they may have. I will respect my client’s confidentiality. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Georgia Realtors Association, and National Association of Realtors.

I have four children; one daughter and three sons. I also have 9 precious grandchildren; seven girls and two boys.I married my high school sweetheart. I am a christian.
